We were hired by a local developer to bring this neglected beauty back to life.

Originally a single-family row house, the building had undergone several poorly designed adaptations including an 80’s stucco façade. We didn’t have high expectations, but our contractor was able to carefully remove the stucco without causing harm to the original brick. We added a 10’ extension out the back as well as a 4th floor to create two spacious, light filled duplexes. We thoughtfully planned the layouts to make use of every square inch and included custom milled cabinetry throughout. Both units were sold before completion!
