Having inherited the home, the seller felt particularly nostalgic and protective over who she would place this turn of the century brownstone into the hands of. Having proven ourselves on a similar house on the same block, the seller reached out to my husband and I when it was time to sell. This twenty-foot-wide beauty had most of its original details intact, particularly on the parlor level.
