When the opportunity arose to work with the MS Arch team again, we jumped at the chance. The bi-coastal clients resided in a different building within the land marked complex but had their eyes on a penthouse unit for some time.

The unit was in complete disrepair, but offered top floor panoramic views and a larger footprint. We were hired early on to work alongside the architects and general contractor. We designed the furniture plan and palette around their extensive art collection which offered the color and textural pops throughout the space. The process was very collaborative as the architect and clients shared our aesthetic, and appreciated the custom details and quality level presented. It was an extremely rewarding project and we hope to do more work together with this great team in the future.
